Your responsibilities:
- Independently managing and coordinating national and international air freight tenders
- Analyzing customer requirements and developing competitive, profitable transport solutions
- Creating, calculating, and formulating complex tender and pricing concepts
- Collaborating closely with Sales, Pricing, Key Account Management, Operations, and international branches to ensure optimal proposal submission
- Negotiating rates and terms with airlines and international partners
- Managing and monitoring tender deadlines, processes, and quality standards
- Analyzing market and competitive trends to identify new business opportunities
- Supporting the strategic development of tender and pricing processes Preparing reports, analyses, and presentations for customers and management
- Contributing to the optimization of standardization, tools, and internal processes within tender management
Your profile:
- Successfully completed vocational training as a freight forwarding and logistics services specialist (or comparable qualification in the logistics sector)
- Several years of professional experience in tender management, pricing, or sales within the air freight industry
- Solid expertise in calculating and developing international transport and logistics solutions
- Experience negotiating air freight rates with domestic and international partners
- Strong understanding of market, pricing, and competitive trends
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Excellent written and spoken English skills and experience working in an international context
