For our Bremen branch, we are looking for a Operations Specialist Seafreight Global Accounts (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible.

Your responsibilities:

  • Independent handling of Import, Export, and Crosstrade ocean freight orders for our globally operating major clients (Global Accounts)
  • Invoicing and verification of incoming invoices, as well as preparation for weekly and monthly closings
  • Responsibility for specific segments of the overall business operations
  • Creation and verification of transport documents
  • Order acceptance and entry in the proprietary system
  • No manual data entry – benefit from direct system integration
  • Organization of global pre-carriage and on-carriage and correspondence with shipping lines
  • Customer consulting and support (via telephone and email)
  • Complaint management
  • Correspondence with international branches and agents, primarily in English
  • Preparation of quotations/offers
  • Handling of customs formalities
  • Compliance with customer- and department-specific KPIs

Your profile:

  • Successfully completed vocational training as a Forwarding and Logistics Services Clerk (m/f/d)
  • Solid professional experience in freight forwarding, particularly in Import
  • Experience in handling Global Accounts (major international clients)
  • Excellent organizational skills and an independent work style
  • Willingness and passion for "out-of-the-box" thinking
  • Strong cost and customer orientation
  • A responsible, independent, and goal-oriented approach to work
  • A team player with a hands-on mentality and a valued point of contact across all levels
  • Business fluent in German and English (written and spoken)
  • Proficient in common MS Office applications and freight forwarding software
