Your responsibilities:

  • Independent handling of Ocean Freight Export (FCL/LCL) focusing on South Korea
  • Creation of transport documentation and shipping papers
  • Order processing: Acceptance and entry of shipments into the system
  • Pre-carriage organization: Coordinating inland transport to the ports
  • Customer service: Providing professional advice and support to export clients
  • Financial processing: Invoice issuance and verification of incoming supplier invoices
  • International coordination: Regular correspondence with global branches and agents

Your profile:

  • Completed vocational training in Freight Forwarding and Logistics Services 
  • Several years of professional experience in Ocean Freight Export (Worldwide FCL/LCL)
  • Experience in the Break Bulk sector is highly desirable
  • Full professional proficiency in English (business fluent), Knowledge of Korean is desirable
  • Independent, proactive, and strongly focused on customer service
  • High level of accuracy and confidence in handling shipping documents
  • A reliable team player with a high level of commitment and a goal-oriented mindset
  • Proficient in MS Office and experienced in using freight forwarding software/ERP systems
