For our branch in Bremen, we are looking for a Operations Specialist Seafreight Export (Automotive Tires) (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible.
Your responsibilities:
- Independent handling of the automotive/tires sea freight division
- Preparation of transport documents
- Acceptance and processing of orders
- Organization of pre-carriage and main-leg transport
- Advising and supporting customers and manufacturing plants
- Customer service
- Complaint handling and invoice generation
- Verification of incoming invoices
- Correspondence with international branches and agents

Your profile:
- Completed vocational training as a freight forwarding specialist
- Professional experience in sea freight and key account management
- Strong knowledge of customs clearance procedures
- Customer-oriented mindset, flexibility, and strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a structured manner
- High level of proficiency in documentation
- Team-oriented Good MS Office skills
- Good written and spoken English skills
