Your Opportunity
Your responsibilities:
Accounts Receivable & Receivables Management:
- Independent processing of all routine accounts receivable transactions
- Recording and reconciliation of incoming payments
- Monitoring of outstanding receivables and management of open items Resolution of payment discrepancies in collaboration with customers and internal departments
- Execution of the dunning process and follow-up on overdue receivables
- Support with debt collection and legal recovery cases
- Analysis of receivables portfolios and identification of potential default risks
Accounting & Financial Statements
- Support with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Reconciliation of accounts and balance sheet items Assistance in preparing analyses and reports
- Support during internal and external audits Ensuring proper and timely invoice processing
Projects & Process Optimization
- Active participation in the further development of accounting processes and internal controls Support for digitalization and automation projects
- Assistance with the implementation of new systems, processes, and standards
- Contributing ideas for the continuous improvement of workflows

Your profile:
- Successfully completed degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Accounting, or a comparable field required Initial practical experience gained through internships, working student roles, or vocational training in a commercial or financial environment is an advantage
- Interest in accounting, financial processes, and business operations Analytical mindset and a structured, meticulous approach to work
- Strong willingness to learn and motivation to take on responsibility
- Good communication skills and enjoyment of collaborating with various stakeholders
- Proficiency in standard Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
- Good written and spoken German and English skills
