We are looking for an Inside Sales Specialist (m/f/d) for our Hamburg location to start as soon as possible.

Your responsibilities:

  • Customer Care & Development: You will build and maintain long-term relationships with our existing and new customers in the air and sea freight sectors.
  • Quotation Preparation & Price Negotiation: You will create detailed quotations, calculate prices, and negotiate directly with customers and service providers. Following up on offers is also part of your remit.
  • Sales Support: You will work closely with the field sales force and operational teams to ensure smooth, high-quality customer service.
  • Identification of Business Opportunities: You will identify new cross-selling potentials and develop suitable solutions for our customers and colleagues.
  • Lead Generation: You will proactively identify new business opportunities and B2B leads.
  • Sales Management: Using our CRM system, you will manage and monitor sales activities and campaigns. You will manage the sales pipeline together with your sales colleagues.

Your profile:

  • You have several years of experience in Inside Sales, ideally in freight forwarding, logistics, or transport (Air & Sea Freight)
  • You are familiar with the processes and specific requirements of Air and Ocean Freight
  • You have proven expertise in price calculation, quotation preparation, and negotiation
  • You are a confident communicator when dealing with customers, service providers, and colleagues
  • You are characterized by a structured and proactive way of working
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and standard MS Office applications is second nature to you
  • Excellent German and English skills (both written and spoken) are required
