You can look forward to the following tasks:
- Support for
- Computer and software maintenance using remote access and provisioning tools
- Direct support for branches and warehouses in Germany
- User and authorization management
- Active Directory
- Office 365
- Monitoring systems and backups
- PRTG sensor management
- Windows Server system provisioning & maintenance
- Data center management (vSphere, AWS EC2)
- Veeam backup maintenance and management
- Advanced troubleshooting for infrastructure issues in on-premise and cloud systems
- Troubleshooting and management of telephone systems
- Responsibility for infrastructure projects and migration projects
- Governance

- Contract management for IT service providers for directly supported countries
- Procurement of local IT equipment
We expect the following knowledge/requirements:
- Degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field (ideally in the final years of study or already completed with a BSc/BA)
- Very good written and spoken English skills are essential, as English is the company language; good German skills are a clear advantage due to the location in Germany
- Strong analytical skills and a high level of problem-solving competence
- Good knowledge of network security and familiarity with access control models
- Experience in direct customer contact and confident presentation skills
- Proactive work style, coupled with a passion for technology and personal responsibility
- Practical experience with Active Directory and Microsoft Office 365
- Desirable: Experience with the deployment and basic maintenance of Cisco Meraki
