Currently, KLN Logistics Group is represented in 59 countries globally, including four branches in Germany.
We are looking for a full-time Finance Manager – Controlling & Master Data (m/f/d) for our location in Bremen or Raunheim to start as soon as possible.
Your responsibilities:
In this dual role, you will lead the Controlling and Master Data teams. You are not just a "number cruncher" but a strategic navigator who translates data into action.
- Strategic Controlling & Business Partnering:
- Driving Scalability: You develop and establish future-ready KPIs (e.g., unit economics, customer profitability) to make operational areas measurable and scalable.
- Consulting & Sparring: You support management in strategic decision-making through sound ad-hoc analyses, business plans, and ROI calculations for investments.
- Measure Ownership: You proactively derive optimization measures from your analyses and oversee their implementation within operational departments.
International Reporting & Financial Excellence:
- Global Reporting:
- You are responsible for the monthly "FinPack" (P&L/Balance Sheet) according to Group standards for our entities in Germany, Poland, and the Czech Republic.
Planning & Forecasting: You manage the annual budget process as well as the weekly forecast, ensuring the company’s financial agility. - System Innovation: You optimize and automate our reporting landscape in Workday Adaptive and Power BI, driving digitalization within the Finance department.
- You are responsible for the monthly "FinPack" (P&L/Balance Sheet) according to Group standards for our entities in Germany, Poland, and the Czech Republic.
- Master Data Governance & Risk Management:
- Leadership: Technical and disciplinary leadership of the Controlling and Master Data teams.
- Process Sovereignty: You oversee master data creation (customers/vendors) in compliance with global rules and manage credit limits in collaboration with insurers and our Shared Service Center in China.
- Risk Management: Preparation of quarterly reports.
Your profile:
- Successfully completed university degree (Business Administration, Economics) with a focus on Finance/Controlling
- Significant practical experience in controlling within an international company. Experience in leading employees or project teams is a major plus
- Mindset: You love building structures ("builder mentality"). You think proactively and see yourself as an internal consultant who communicates complex issues clearly
- Excellent Excel skills and experience with modern ERP/BI systems (ideally Workday/Workday Adaptive) and Power BI
- Business fluent in German and English (written and spoken)
