For our Hamburg branch, we are looking for a Export Ocean Freight Specialist (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible.

Folgende Kenntnisse/Voraussetzungen erwarten wir:
- Independent handling of Ocean Freight Export (FCL/LCL)
- Creation of transport documentation and shipping papers
- Order processing: Acceptance and entry of shipments into the system
- Pre-carriage organization: Coordinating inland transport to the ports
- Customer service: Providing professional advice and support to export clients
- Financial processing: Invoice issuance and verification of incoming supplier invoices
- International coordination: Regular correspondence with global branches and agents
Your profile:
- Completed vocational training in Freight Forwarding and Logistics Services
- Several years of professional experience in Ocean Freight Export (Worldwide FCL/LCL)
- Experience in the Break Bulk sector is highly desirable
- Full professional proficiency in English (business fluent)
- Independent, proactive, and strongly focused on customer service
- High level of accuracy and confidence in handling shipping documents
- A reliable team player with a high level of commitment and a goal-oriented mindset
- Proficient in MS Office and experienced in using freight forwarding software/ERP systems
