We are looking for a Executive Assistent (m/f/d) in Raunheim as soon as possible.

Your responsibilities:

  • Project & Information Management
    • Close and trust-based collaboration with the management team and key corporate functions
    • Structured preparation of information, including minute-taking and the creation of sound decision-making materials in close coordination with relevant interfaces.
    • Proactive identification of priorities and diligent follow-up on action items
    • Support in creating presentations, conducting research, performing internal analyses, and assisting with special projects
  • Executive Support
    • Professional, forward-looking scheduling, as well as the preparation, coordination, and follow-up of internal and external meetings (e.g., video conferences, offsites, town halls)
    • Confident prioritization of meeting requests based on a precise assessment of relevance and urgency
    • Primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, maintaining a professional demeanor at all times
    • Ensuring the Managing Director is optimally prepared, informed, and ready to operate at all times 
  • Travel, Event & Expense Management
    • Coordination of domestic and international business travel in compliance with internal policies
    • Organization and support of events and management formats
    • Responsibility for the complete, accurate, and timely processing of expenses via the "Expensya" tool

Your profile:

  • Several years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a comparable role within a complex or international environment
  • Excellent organizational, prioritization, and communication skills, along with confident stakeholder management
  • High level of integrity, absolute discretion, and a very independent, structured way of working with a "hands-on" mentality
  • Proficiency in German and English (verbal and written), as well as confident use of MS 365 and common collaboration and project management tools
  • Resilient, flexible, and always composed when dealing with dynamic requirements
